Orders and Payments Orders can be placed directly on the website. Payments are securely processed via TWINT, credit card, PayPal. Upon successful payment, you will receive an email confirmation with the details of your purchase. Prices include applicable taxes but may exclude shipping fees, which will be calculated at checkout.
Shipping and Delivery (for Physical Products) Massage balls and any other physical products are shipped to the provided address after order confirmation. Standard shipping times and fees apply, and international orders may incur additional charges or customs fees, which are the customer’s responsibility. Delivery times may vary based on location.
Digital Products and Class Registration Upon purchasing a digital product, class, or workshop, customers will receive an email with access details, including dates, times, and venue information if applicable. Digital products are non-transferable and non-refundable once access is granted.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Physical Products: Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase if the product is unused and in its original packaging. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.
Yoga Classes, Workshops, and Events: Cancellations can be made up to 14 days before the date of the event for a full refund. If the cancellation is made within 14 days of the event, the ticket is non-refundable.
Digital Courses: Due to the nature of digital content, refunds are not available for digital courses once access has been granted.
Discount Codes and Promotions Discount codes are valid only for a limited period and cannot be combined with other offers unless stated. Sankalpa reserves the right to cancel or modify promotions at any time without prior notice.
Usage of Content All content provided through our digital courses, downloadable products, and instructional materials is for personal use only. Unauthorized distribution, resale, or reproduction is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
