This Yin Yoga class offers a space to slow down, release tension, and restore balance. From 19:30 to 20:30, we move through a gentle practice focused on deep stretches and mindful breathing. The last 30 minutes are dedicated to deep relaxation and meditation. You can join for the one-hour yoga session, the 30-minute meditation, or stay for the full 90-minute experience.
