FAQ

1. What is self-myofascial release (SMR)?

Self-myofascial release uses tools like massage balls to target the fascia (connective tissue) in the body, helping to release tension, improve mobility, and reduce pain. I incorporate these techniques into many of my sessions to enhance flexibility and overall well-being.

2. What should I bring to a yoga class?

  • Comfortable clothing that allows for freedom of movement (e.g., leggings, sweatpants, a comfortable shirt).
  • We practice yoga barefoot, so no shoes or socks are needed.
  • Mats and other necessary props are available at the studio, but you are welcome to bring your own mat if you prefer.

3. When should I arrive?

I recommend arriving a few minutes before class starts. This will give us time to get acquainted and exchange experiences before the session begins.

4. Should I inform you of any health conditions?

Yes, if you have any chronic conditions, injuries, or if you are pregnant, please let me know before the class. I will prepare the necessary modifications to ensure a safe and comfortable practice for you.

5. How do I book a class or package?

You can book a class or purchase a package through the Wellness Store. If you’re interested in private sessions, please contact me directly to arrange a time.

6. Is there parking available?

Yes, parking is available at the Migros parking lot, located just behind the building.

7. Will photos or videos be taken during the class?

Sometimes I may take a few general photos or short videos for social media during the session. However, if you’re not comfortable with this, please let me know—your comfort is my top priority.

8. How can we stay connected?

We have a WhatsApp group, which is the easiest way to sign up for classes, stay informed about the themes of each session, and share inspiration. If you’d like to be added to the group, please contact me.

9. What style of yoga do you teach?

I primarily teach Hatha Vinyasa yoga, and I am currently undergoing further training. I have completed courses in Yin Yoga and Yoga Tune Up®, which have greatly deepened my foundational knowledge and teaching approach.

10. Can I book a trial class?

Yes! I offer a trial group class for those who are new to my sessions. It’s a great way to experience yoga before committing to a full package.
