My story

Yoga first entered my life as a way to relieve chronic back pain, and it has deeply shaped both my personal and professional journey. As a young adult, I quickly had to learn how to balance work and studies, which often meant long hours at a desk and, inevitably, constant back pain.

When I started practicing yoga, I was amazed at how just two sessions a week could not only ease my pain but also improve my overall well-being. I had no idea then that, just a few years later, yoga would completely transform my life.

Moving to Switzerland brought about many changes. I started a family and transitioned from managing properties to teaching yoga. Over the past six years, I’ve had the privilege of sharing this practice in both English and Polish, tailoring each session to meet the individual needs of my students.

I place great value on continuing education. My teaching has evolved profoundly through my studies of fascia and the completion of courses with Jill Miller in the Yoga Tune Up® method. This approach has allowed me to incorporate self-myofascial release techniques into our sessions, with a strong emphasis on strengthening. These elements are woven into a yoga flow that creates not just a workout, but also a “work-in,” offering both physical and inner transformation.

My education

I am deeply fascinated by the role of fascia and the benefits of self-massage in yoga practice. This passion drives me to continually expand my knowledge and skills. While the list of my accredited courses through Yoga Alliance is below, my journey of learning is ongoing—I am always exploring new ways to deepen my expertise through further training and education.

I believe that working with the body means going beyond just the muscles. Living in Switzerland for the past eight years, away from home and friends, has made me realize how essential our nervous system is in supporting us every day. In my yoga sessions and workshops, I aim to create a space where we can reconnect with our true selves by integrating the body, mind, and breath through mindful movement. The most valuable lesson we learn on the mat is to be kind and gentle with ourselves.
